Initially, I found it challenging to align WWF’s mission with practical product ideas. However, by exploring nature-inspired concepts and utilizing symbolism such as footprints and seed tags, I created meaningful designs. This exercise has also helped me expand my way of thinking and brainstorming by using combinational creativity method and mindmaps. Other than that, I have also learnt more in depth about the NGO we selected by looking for correlating concepts that suites both our booth and the NGO. However, there were multiple problems I encountered in the making of this exercise. One of them being on how to think of a product that is while creative and innovative, is still possible to be eye-catching enough to sell, and can be realistically produced. I solved this issue by going through multiple type of products, ranging from food, decors, and even clothing items, until I finally settled on my current product.
