- What is your game plan based on your role?:

Making sure everyone does their task in order to successfully run this event.

Secretary:

 - What is your game plan based on your role?:

As the secretary, my goal is to manage the schedualing the deadlines and managing time of every process we will have to make before the final execution day, such as final concept idea, costing of products, advertisement designs, etc. 

For now as the other teams are advancing and working on their side of the project, I shall oversee, supervise their progress and work on the sponsorship proposals. 

Marketing & Promotional Team:

 - What is your game plan based on your role?:

I will design posters to advertise our booth and charity. I will also make at least two posters for sponsorship purposes

Visual & Factual Research Team:

 - What is your game plan based on your role?:

I will gather relevant information needed for concept and product mindmaps. Other than that i’ll also crosscheck the facts and information used to make sure they are correct, up to date and reliable.

Visual: Supporting the design and helping to prepare presentation slides with visuals that showcase our concepts clearly.

Fact Researcher: Collaborating with the other researcher to gather facts about WWF-Malaysia and assisting in verifying sources and aligning the information with our group theme and products.

-Do budgeting plan and keep some money aside for emergency purposes

-Research item that are cheapest and design the booth by following the concept that our group has chosen

Logistics - Help in researching the best options for our product and decorations for the booth

NGO contact team - Draft a proposal with the secretary to send to WWF Malaysia to inform them about our event and plans. 

Overall Agenda:

- What were the top 2 ideas chosen?:

1. Chiikawa theme

2. The Jungle Book theme

- Discussion progress:

100% we have finalize our ideas, concepts and products and are now starting our roles in contribution to the project.

- Final decisions (concept & products):

We have decided on a combined Chiikawa theme with hints and inspiration of the jungle (based on The Jungle Book but not entirely)

To avoid copyright infridgement— we wont use Chiikawa primarily as the concept. But a made-up designed panda character based on WWF in a chibi-fy, Chiikawa style— as our mascot. 

Our new theme/booth name: Okumane's Kindness Day. 

Okumane is the name of the panda mascot.

We have redesign our logo and soon a new booth concept based on it. We will start making new mindmaps to link all these ideas together and explain how this correlates and link to WWF and how they could spread awareness. 

Products has also been finalize and we chose 3 products in total to sell:

● lulu lemon drink

● coconut shake

● bread pastry Chiikawa keychain

- How are they decided:

Thanks to the help and advice of Ms Stephanie & Mr Eugene, we are able to create a cohesive and proper theme design that wouldnt step into copyright laws and have together agreed upon the product selling ideas and concept designs to represent our booth.
