As a Leader

Making sure the email is sent properly, and finances is sort out well. Making sure that everything goes well.


Secretary:

As a Secretary:

Completed the task of writing the donation proposal, now is just waiting for the approval and signatures before ready to sent off for donation requests. Now working on the pitch proposal documents for part 3 and the concepts of the theming and booth as those were my chosen concepts. 


Marketing & Promotional Team:

As part of the Marketing & Promotional Team:

I designed two promotional posters for our booth. We plan to share them on Instagram, Rednote, and TikTok to increase awareness and engagement with our audience.


Visual & Factual Research Team

As part of the Factual Researcher and Visual Team:

Helped in gathering prices and data for ingredient used for products and prototypes. i’ll also help in the making and data gathering for the final proposal before submission


● 0138159 Muhammad Umar 

As part of the Factual Researcher and Visual Team:

I’ve been helping with research and finding relevant facts, especially to support the ideas behind our product and booth. I also worked on visuals and creative direction by suggesting ways to make the theme more meaningful. I’ll continue supporting the team with factual content and help finalize the proposal with accurate references and presentation ideas.


Treasure & Logistic

● 0139153 Chin Weai Lin

As a Treasurer:

Calculating the budget including the cost of ingredients and materials. The number of items we need to sell and the expected profit to repay the school loan (RM150) and support the NGO. Also in charge of recording all spending receipts.

As a Logistics:

Sourcing all the ingredients and materials needed for the booth. Comparing prices from different suppliers to find the most affordable options and planning proper storage to keep the ingredients fresh and safe.

As the Logistics:

Collaborating with other groups to find an ice supplier and currently surveying coconut suppliers


NGO Contact Team:

● 0138894 Aiza Naili

As part of the NGO contact team:

- Drafting an email with the leader to send to the NGO to inform them of our plans and asking if there's any resources they could lend to us for the event 



Overall agenda:

● Creative plan proposal & presentation

status of preperation:

- 15%. Beginning stage. Ideas & concepts have been decided and agreed upon. Now we're on the phase where we document all our plans and ideation down into one planning system in Word Docs and Presentation slides.

prototype plan and status:

- 90% done. Prototype (1) for the drinks has been done. So far feedbacks we've recieved for our drinks would be:

- Honey Lemon: a bit diluted. Needs more sugar

- Coconut Shake: too much coconut water. More sugar or use a more sweeter brand of ice cream.

- 'Prototype' for the bread pastry keychains has yet to be shown but has been shipped and recieved. So far theres already some promising customers willing to buy it. 

● Donation request proposal

status of draft:

- 95% done. Written everything down formally. Just need the approval and signatures before we are able to send it out.
