Updates on Roles: 

We just finalised our third product and we have sourced out our budget and sponsorship well. Now we are waiting for the NGO to give a response, if there is no response we will call them.

What are your updates for your roles?:

For now, completed. Sponsorship/Donation Proposal has been approved, signed and sent out. Documentation Pitch Proposal all completed and given for the other group to view and discuss.

Status on proposal & presentation:

Pitch proposal 100%. My part in the presentation slides are 5%— I will be covering the booth and theme concept topics since they are created by me.

Marketing and Promotional Team:

After group discussions, we decided to change our third product and have revised the poster accordingly. We plan to promote our poster through Instagram, RedNote, and by requesting from SCCM to help with publicity.

Proposal & Presentation:

We will film our prototype on Monday, after which I can begin the editing process.

Visual & Factual Research Team:

Factual Researcher and Visual Team: 

Helping doing the slides for pitch presentation and making sure the slides doesn't stray off the theme while still visually appealing. Other than that I'll also be helping marketing and promotion if needed.

Updates on Roles:

Working alongside Naziril to design the pitch slides and make sure everything is accurate and fits our theme. Also giving ideas to keep the visuals clean and creative. Will assist with promotion tasks if needed.

Proposal & Presentation:

Planning to work on my parts of the proposal and slides soon together with Naziril to make sure everything is aligned and ready.

Treasure 

 I have completed the budgeting for our booth and products. This includes calculating the estimated costs for ingredients, packaging, and other necessary materials.

Logistic 

I have completed price research and comparison for ingredients and booth decoration materials. I sourced the most affordable price to help reduce expenses while maintaining product quality.

Proposal & Presentation 

The proposal and presentation slides are still in progress. However, all budgeting and pricing information has been finalized and is ready to be put in.

Logistics - We're done with sourcing out all of our ingredients and materials but I might look for cheaper options if possible to cut down on the cost

NGO contact - We've already contacted WWF through email and are currently waiting for a reply. We're planning to give them a call if they don't respond by this weekend

Overall Agenda:

Agenda pitch proposal status:

☆ 100%. Documentation completed, starting on the presentation and the ideation (proceeding into the making of) prototype.

Pitch presentation status:

☆ 40%. Basis and outline done, just need to fill in each of our parts and work on our concepts or data.

Group booth status:

☆ 15%. We've only gathered a shopping list and finalize what we needed to buy and added that to our budget allocation. The purchasing phase will come in soon hopefully before the day of the pitch proposal/presentation deadline.
