Leader:

Role status update:

Leader - We just got reply from the NGO. Now we are preparing things for the event day.


Secretary:

● 0138744 Alvyrna Lee

Role status update:

Secretary - So far everything has been done and finished. Our pitch proposal and presentation has been presented and submitted. As a Secretary, my role now is to be on standby for any tasks given and any report to be recorded. For now, I will continue to oversea and help the logistics team anyway I can especially for the items bought that was needed for the booth setup.


Marketing & Promotional team:

Role status update:

Marketing and Promotional - We will start preparing materials to design and decorate our booth.


Visual & Factual Research Team:

● 0139022 Mohd Naziril

Role status update:

Factual Research and Visual Team - I’ll be helping preparing for the event and booth decorations. Also will be printing posters for the booth.


● 0138159 Muhammad Umar 

Role status update:

Factual Research and Visual Team - Working on visuals and fact-checking for the pitch slides and booth materials. Will continue supporting the team with creative ideas and accurate info for the event day.


Treasure & Logistic:

● 0139153 Chin Weai Lin

Role status update:

Treasure - Responsible to calculate budget and allocated items for our event product and decoration this task has done. Currently everything is right on track.

Logistic - Aiza and I have found the cheapest price compared to other sellers on shopee. So far we have purchased the logo stickers and booth decorations. For the product ingredients we plan to buy them a day before the event.

Logistics - Everything that has to be bought online has been purchased & the only thing left are the ingredients that will be bought the day before of the event


NGO Contact Team:

Role status update:

NGO contact team - NGO has given a reply and I am planning on writing a reply back with Knigel by this weekend 


Overall Agenda:

1. Products feasible to execute?

☆ Yes, the products are feasible as most of the preparations can be done the day before or the morning before the event. Not much to prepare for honey lemon & the coconut shake as of the moment (as the ingrediants are bought already), just need to measure and blend on the day of the selling itself.

2. Budget? Are you willing to spend the amount you presented?

☆ Yes, we will spend the amount that we proposed.

Status Update:

1. Logistics: We will go day before event buy ingredient that proposed on slide with the sponsored Aeon Vouchers

2. NGO: They have replied to us and they can't give us any merch to sell but we can download their content online for display.

3. Donations & Sponsorships: We have managed to earn RM200 in cash (by Aiza), enough to spend more on the booths and other expenses, and RM160 in Aeon Vouchers (by Alvyrna) to be able to buy enough ingrediants for the drinks.
